Name: Hot chocolate
Ingredients: chocolate syrup: 20 ml; steamed milk: 200 ml

Chocolate sauce and steamed milk. It takes two or three pumps, more than a mocha does, because here the chocolate is the whole drink.

What makes it this drink and not its neighbour on the menu. The café in Brewology judges every one by these.

Iced chocolate: Chocolate sauce, cold milk and ice.
Babyccino: A small cup of frothed milk with a little chocolate, so a child can order "a coffee" too.
Vanilla steamer: Steamed milk with a pump of vanilla syrup and no coffee in it.
Caramel steamer: Steamed milk with a pump of caramel syrup and no coffee in it.
Hazelnut steamer: Steamed milk with a pump of hazelnut syrup and no coffee in it.
Strawberry milk: Strawberry syrup, cold milk and ice, and no coffee.
Viennese hot chocolate: A hot chocolate the way Vienna serves it: chocolate and steamed milk under a crown of whipped cream.
