Matcha tonic

How it's made

1. Start with an iced glass.
2. Pour in the ice: 120 ml.
3. Pour in the tonic water: 150 ml.
4. Pour in the whisked matcha: 60 ml.

• Matcha 30–120 ml
• Water 65 °C or more
• Froth 2 mm or more
• Tonic goes in before the matcha

• Espresso tonic: Tonic over ice with a shot poured gently on top, so the coffee floats in a brown cap over the bubbles.
• Cold brew tonic: Cold brew concentrate over tonic and ice.
• Orange americano: Orange juice over ice with a shot poured on top, and sometimes a splash of cold water.
