Cold brew tonic
Cold brew concentrate over tonic and ice. Smoother than an espresso tonic, because the coffee was never hot.

- Some ice
More tonic & juice
- Espresso tonic: Tonic over ice with a shot poured gently on top, so the coffee floats in a brown cap over the bubbles.
- Matcha tonic: Whisked matcha floated over tonic and ice: a green layer on a clear, fizzing one.
- Orange americano: Orange juice over ice with a shot poured on top, and sometimes a splash of cold water.
